For the creation of pencils and crayons, the company uses two types of manufacturing process: extrusion and casting. All the textures by Confalonieri originate from these methods.
High degree of smoothness and color release are guaranteed for each texture. The parameters that distinguish textures are represented by the levels of stiffness, creaminess, staying power and blending.
Every feature is reported on a scale of values (from the minimum "0" to the maximum "10") by analyzing drip points, heat resistance, cold resistance and related sensory analyses. This will allow customers to choose the textures in complete freedom with respect to the features required.

CLASSIC PENCIL LINE

Diameter 7.50 mm (0.29 inches) - Size options: 6 cm (2.4 inches), 7 cm (2.8 inches), 7.5 cm ( 3 inches), 9 cm (3.5 inches), 12 cm (4.7 inches), 12 cm (4.7 inches) double, 14 cm (5.5 inches), 15 cm (5.9 inches), 18 cm (7.1 inches), hexagonal, squared.

Features: Very high percentage of pigment formula, raw materials with a high melting point.

Carbon Black eye contour

Deep-black pencil, containing carbon black pigment.

UNIPURE LINE - LOW CONTENT OF HEAVY METALS

The UNIPURE line allows the customer to require the use of pigments/pearls with a low content of heavy metals for the whole range of textures.
