New products, meaningful partnership projects and new markets to explore: 2024 has been full of remarkable moments for Confalonieri, with many achievements and milestones that we’re turning into new inspiration for 2025.

Pencils full of ideas

This year we’ve developed and produced innovative pencils such as BrowBoost and WaterWood, products that push the boundaries of what we can do with a wooden makeup pencil. It’s worth mentioning Dip Deep, PH Magic Pencil, Linea and Scrub+Balm as well: these pencils combine our traditional commitment to quality with a desire to create amazing effects and new possibilities. Our R&D team hasn’t stopped researching and working with the production department, so we’re already gearing up for some very interesting new products for 2025.

New challenges

This year we’ve explored new areas both metaphorically and geographically: for us taking part in Cosmoprof and Make Up in Paris is a tradition, but in 2024 we also debuted on an international stage that was brand new for us. Showcasing our products at Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai allowed us to meet a beauty world that loves innovation and knows how to appreciate the quality of made in Italy: we came back energised and full of new ideas!

In recent months, Mauro Pietranera became president of the Cosmetica Italia Cosmetic Private Label Manufacturer’s Group, a role that recognizes his unwavering dedication to excellence in our industry. We’re proud of this appointment and we’re delighted that we can count on his expertise every day.

Values in action

At Confalonieri we take seriously our relation with our region and the commitment to make a positive contribution to society. Thus, we’re very proud of the collaborations we’ve worked on this year, on various fronts.

We joined the “team” of companies supporting La forza e il sorriso, the non-profit organization (sponsored by Cosmetica Italia) which organizes beauty workshops for women undergoing oncological treatment, helping them to regain well-being and self-esteem through makeup and self-care. We’re happy to be able to contribute to this goal, through the products that we make with passion. Together with Cometa, moreover, we support a journalism workshop at the day center Una casa per crescere, an initiative that gives space and opportunities to express themselves to boys and girls in the Lombardy region.

We’re at the end of a very intense year, always looking to the future, and we’re eager to write more chapters of our history: 2025, here we come!
