Deep, intense, full: with Line we’re rewriting the meaning of “black eye pencil“. The palette of this new product contains an extraordinary shade, perfect for a makeup that stands out: we created it with a firm texture packed with a mix of pigments, for an intense colour that lasts up to 16 hours.
A hint of blue
Technically, black is created by the absorption (or absence) of visible light: it’s a colour with no brightness and without tint. In real life, however, we can see many shades of black, with different undertones and shadows, just as we do with white. For Line our R&D team has developed a black shade created with iron oxide and pure Prussian blue pigment, that adds depth to the colour. The result is an extremely intense and full black hue, ideal for creating an eye makeup that grabs the spotlight.
Pigments and more
The mix of pigments we’ve chosen for this deep black pencil works very well with the formula of Line, a contemporary interpretation of a classic strong casting texture. With this texture and its high pigment percentage, Line (like its “sister” Linea) is perfect for a clean and precise make-up: you can use it as an eyeliner, drawing intense and defined lines, or you can blend it to create a colour shade for a great smokey eyes look.
Firm and gentle
The formula of our new Line pencils balances colour release, a long-wearing look and a pleasant effect on the skin: its ingredients have beneficial properties, such as nourishing coconut oil, or vitamin E and Gamma Oryzanol that prevent dehydration and oxidative stress. A pinch of spherical silica gives an opaque finish and a “soft focus” effect.
Line is certified long-lasting up to 16 hours and can be certified Natrue, CCPB and Cosmos Organic, depending on the type of pigment chosen.
Colours and purposes
In addition to deep black, the basic palette for Line contains several other colours, since its multi-purpose texture is suitable for eyebrows, eyes and lips. The basic range consists of three colours for the eyebrows, six for the eye pencils and six for the lip liner.
