Make Up in Paris, our “heartthrobs” are Queen of Colours and Pearl

Every year Make Up in Paris gives us positive emotions and new ideas, because it’s a great opportunity to meet you, to talk, to explore the French makeup industry with its enthusiasm and innovation. This edition is no exception: the fair has been very interesting and we’re very happy with the reception given to our new products.
We received very good feedback on the lines we showcased, but two products were really heartthrobs: let’s see why!

Queen of Colours

Colorful and bold, easy to apply, with a pleasant texture and certified long lasting. The new Queen of Colours has won over visitors in Paris: seeing it live, everybody loved the intense writing and precise stroke of this pencils. Many visitors tried it on and some people decided to improvise a mini-makeup to test the long-lasting effect during the exhibition. Yes, it really works: Queen of Colours eye pencils are certified long-lasting up to 24 hours and lip pencils up to 8 hours, according to tests carried out by a specialized company. Visitors to Make Up in Paris can confirm: this pencils are super writing and the color does not fade!
At the Confalonieri stand we also examined technical details related to this formula, developed starting from our Dark Queen. Our visitors appreciated the choice of ingredients and the way we managed to combine quality and sustainability.

Pearl

The most common comment about our new Pearl all-over highlighters is pretty brief: “Wow!” The shimmer effect of this pencils is really great when you see it on the skin, and Pearl works its magic in all six shades developed for different complexions.
Pearl contains natural mica processed with an innovative technology that boosts the reflective effect of this material. In short, mica is transformed into transparent small spheres, without the typical white patina that usually characterizes this material: these mica pearls therefore are ultra-reflective and capture the light without changing the shade of the pencil. It takes longer to read this than to see it: on the skin the effect is really wow. Without ethical problems: at Confalonieri we use mica from suppliers we carefully select to rule out companies that employ child labor.

Soon…

Colour in all its power and energy is the key of several new products that our R&D department is testing: from ultra-pop-almost-crazy looks to classic natural effects, in the coming months we’ll release interesting lines. In the meantime you can write to commerciale@confaloniericosmetica.com to discover more about Queen of Colours and Pearl!
